Nice. Im doing a 454 swap with the same 4l60e to keep 4x4 capabilities and keep cost down. Only problem i have at the moment is the oil pan is slammed on the front differential and makes the motor sit sideways by about an inch inch and a half. Not sure what i should do at this point but i want to just take a grinder to the diff for that clearance lol

Been having trouble with my battery as well, but that's because i need a new one, and i don't want to go hunting for a side post battery every time i need to get one. Going to see if i can do the conversion with my dad this weekend.

It would be a good idea to put second fuse by the second battery. Ideally you want a fuse by each battery. Just to be safe.

Sick stance. When you put it on the rack, did you adjust the camber, or was that just where it sat after the install? If i search Beltech with the Kit it comes up but doesn't match up with the later 2 doors. Just the 92-94 blazer Lol... makes no sense... The individual parts break down for up to a 99 tahoe... except the leafs show 2wd dr only up to 99. Im glad you show that it's the right kit Beltech's site is all messed up!!! If no one had a bit of a clue about these trucks,they'd be lost if they use the lookup tool. Cheers man!

Never heard of that cheesy puller set. I use my snap on. Always simple and impactable. Also have a matco which is a great tool. I prefer not to waist money at harbor junk freight to injure myself plus I am a professional mechanic and don't mind spending a couple hundred out of a couple grand I make a week on good tools to make my life easier. I also have seal removers and installers so I don't have to damage the housing with wire cutters.

Where was the high pressure fuel pump located on these? Currently have a gas leak (which i was told was a recall at one point in time) as soon as it starts the combustion makes gas go all over the ground. I just don't know where it's actually coming from.
